The project begins with a discovery process during which client expectations and the goals of the website are identified. Research data and results from a review of existing collateral are used to develop an internet strategy. The appropriate technologies, website structure and hosting needs are determined. The project specifications and a production schedule are outlined. The pricing and contract are presented for client approval.

The design phase includes delivery of page design mock-ups along with wireframes of the site navigation and page structure.

Production and Testing ►
The production and testing phase encompasses all tasks from domain and hosting related setup to final testing of the operational website, including: preparation of graphic elements; constructing the web pages; web application development or setup and customization of third party applications; accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards testing; performing revisions or adjustments as needed.
